The Commercial Grade Pipe Sleeve is designed to securely attach dock posts and pipe to stationary, roll-in, and floating dock systems. This heavy-duty dock component creates a strong and dependable connection point between the dock frame and support pipe for stable waterfront performance.

Designed to fit both 1 5/8" and 1 7/8" diameter dock pipe, the pipe sleeve is ideal for modular dock construction and waterfront dock upgrades on lakes and rivers. Built for long-lasting durability, it is engineered to withstand demanding outdoor and waterfront conditions.

Compatible with stationary docks, roll-in docks, and floating dock systems.

Will it damage my aluminum dock poles when tightened?

No holes need to be drilled into your dock pipe. The Commercial Grade Pipe sleeve has two 3/8" hot dipped galvanized bolts with "shoulder" nuts that act like set screws, hold your dock in place, and allow for adjustment in the height of the dock if needed.

Will this sleeve fit a 2-inch outside diameter pipe? What if the insert is removed?

When the nylon insert is removed the Commercial Grade Pipe sleeve will fit a 1 7/8" outside diameter pipe.

Can I use a different pipe than what is recommended?

You can use 1 7/8" x .120 thick wall pipe.  Simply remove the insert to accomodate the larger pipe.  If pipe longer than 12 ft. is necessary you can also substitute schedule 40 pipe found in most plumbing supply stores.

Can I use this Pipe Sleeve for a Stationary or Roll In Dock?

Simply remove the insert and use the bolts to set the height of your dock.
