All PlayStar Products are designed to be Easy to Assemble. However, we recognize that today’s busy families may prefer to have some items installed. As a convenience, PlayStar has put together a list of third party installers. Details regarding these services are set forth below.

Scheduling:

  • Customer will be contacted within 48 business hours to schedule an appointment.
  • Appointment time will consist of a 4 hour window.
  • Rescheduling may occur due to temperatures below 45 degrees, inclement weather, or saturated ground.

Homeowner’s Responsibilities Prior to Installation:

  • Credit Card Authorization

    You will be required to complete a credit card authorization.

  • Permit or Approvals

    Check with Municipality and Homeowner’s Association on play set or dock guidelines.

  • Location & Level Ground

    Ensure area includes an obstacle-free safety zone. Ground must be level prior to arrival. WARNING: Uneven ground can cause units to be potentially unsafe.

Homeowners Responsibilities During Installation:

  • The homeowner must be present and will need to sign-off on the work order once complete.
  • Maintain the product based on manufacturer’s recommendations after install.
  • Packaging materials and debris will be consolidated; customer is responsible for final disposal.
