Does this include Male & Female parts?

This is a universal part. You rotate one PS 1021  180 degrees to allow it to properly connect with a second PS 1021 to keep your dock sections in place.

What diameter of carriage bolts do I need?

Please use 3/8" x 3" carriage bolts. If you are utilizing our Commercial Grade corner brackets to build your frame the hole patterns match up and no additional hardware is needed.

What are the measurements between the holes for the bolts?

The holes are 3 1/2" on center vertically and horizontally.  If you are utilizing our Commercial Grade corner brackets to build your frame the hole patterns match up.  No additional hardware is needed.
